How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what is going on. You can request a callback or send a request. Then we connect you with an independent provider in our network who serves your area.
Call hours and availability vary by provider. Some can respond quickly. Some need to book a visit. The provider will tell you.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the problem and the options in plain language
- Give a written quote before starting work
- Respect your home and your schedule
- Be clear about licensing and insurance they hold, when you ask
You should always confirm those details with the provider yourself.
What We Do Not Do
We do not send workers. We do not repair pipes, clear drains or dig up sewer lines. We do not set prices. The provider does the work and the provider sets the price.
We also do not promise how fast someone will arrive. Ask the provider directly.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay us to be connected. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee for the calls we send. That does not change what you owe the provider for the job. Get a written quote and ask any questions before you agree.
