How to Raise a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Begansmith Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

You may write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Begansmith Plumbing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Issue Is with a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that often fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Begansmith Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@begansmith.garden and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
